The Trustees are the organisation’s key decision makers. They are both charity trustees and company directors of the Multi-Academy Trust. The Trustees have established Trust Board Committees covering Finance and Resources, Human Resources, Senior Pay and CEO Pay Review Committe (each with their own terms of reference). Local Governing Bodies (LGB) have been established for each school fulfilling an advisory function to the Trust Board regarding pupil progress, learning and welfare. Under the LGBs, Admissions Sub-Committees have also been established covering the secondary school and the primary schools. The Education Strategy Group have been established as an advisory group.
